Founded in 2011 with an initial focus on proforma development, public financing procurement, and grant administration services, Laurel has grown to meet the demands of its clients. We have helped facilitate the development and acquisition of 185,000sf of office space, 120,000sf of retail space, 1,575 parking garage spaces, 198 hotel rooms, and 1,115 multi-family units, with 200 more in predevelopment. Laurel currently provides full-service property management services on 15,000sf of retail space, 65,000sf of office space, and 535 multi-family units in the Pittsburgh-metro area.
In late 2019, Laurel expanded its brokerage services by introducing a team of highly skilled real estate professionals with nearly $400 million of experience buying and selling institutional-grade investments and has continued building on this success to date. Our approach to brokerage considers the entire life cycle of an asset. We believe a successful acquisition requires a deliberate strategy and diligent underwriting to fully evaluate returns, keeping in mind eventual disposition valuation.
